5:2 The Story So Far

So I have been doing 4:3 (3 days fasting as I have a lot to lose) for three weeks.  So far I have lost 5lb, 4lb and 1lb (total 10lb) and I promise I have had 4 days a week when we have eaten takeaway and I haven’t been careful or counted calories.

Fingers crossed it will continue, but I have never done a diet that is so flexible.
